Family business: how are you handing over to the next generation?

Many Jain businesses are run by families across two or three generations. Handing over is rarely easy — children with their own careers, joint-family partnerships, or a business that needs to modernise.

How has your family managed succession? A family constitution, clear roles, outside professionals, or letting the next generation start something new? What worked, and what would you do differently?
