How it works

Four simple steps

  1. Choose the sevaPick the seva, the option and a temple or tirth — or let us suggest one in your tradition.
  2. Your sankalpNames for the sankalp, the occasion, and a date or tithi (birthday, punyatithi, parva…).
  3. Temple confirms, you payWe confirm the date with the temple, then send UPI details (India) or a payment link (abroad). Nothing is paid upfront.
  4. Video & AnumodanaThe seva is performed in your name. You receive the video, photos and your Anumodana Patra on WhatsApp and email.

What you receive

Proof, blessings and a keepsake

  • Sankalp video — your name and occasion read before the puja
  • Photos of the puja, deepak or seva
  • Anumodana Patra — a printable certificate for your family
  • WhatsApp & email updates at every step

Why no prasad by post? In Jain practice, dravya offered to Bhagwan becomes nirmalya and is not taken back. We keep to that — your seva’s fruit is the punya and the anumodana, not a parcel.

Where your money goes

Every amount to its rightful fund

  • Temple pujaHanded to the temple trust for this puja, under the temple’s own devdravya rules.
  • JeevdayaUsed only for animals and birds, at a panjrapole or gaushala.
  • Sadharmik bhaktiUsed only for meals and care of fellow Jains (bhojanshala / ayambil shala).
  • Gyan dravyaUsed only for printing and giving Jain scriptures and books.

Any service fee for coordination and video is shown separately before you pay — never taken from the puja amount.

What families book for

Temples & tirths

Where your seva is performed

You can also name any Jain temple or tirth you are connected to — your family derasar, a tirth like Palitana, Shikharji or Shravanabelagola — and we will arrange it with the temple where possible, or suggest the nearest temple of your tradition. Temple trusts can partner with us to receive sevas directly.

For Jains abroad

Far from home, close to Bhagwan

Families in the USA, UK, Canada, the Gulf, Kenya and Australia book sevas for birthdays, punyatithis and parvas at temples back home. Prices are shown in USD too, and we send an international payment link.

Questions about Puja Seva

Will I receive prasad?

No. In Jain practice, dravya offered to Bhagwan becomes nirmalya and is not taken back or eaten, so we do not post prasad. You receive the video of the puja with your sankalp, photos, and an Anumodana Patra.

Where does my money go?

The puja amount is passed to the temple or institution for that seva only — temple pujas to the temple trust, jeevdaya to the panjrapole, sadharmik bhakti to the bhojanshala, gyan daan to scripture printing. Any service fee for coordination and video is shown separately before you pay.

Can Jains living abroad book a puja in India?

Yes. Families in the USA, UK, Canada, the Gulf, Africa and Australia book sevas for birthdays, punyatithis and parvas. We send an international payment link by email, and the video reaches you wherever you are.

Can I book on a tithi rather than a date?

Yes — many families observe a punyatithi or janma tithi by the Jain calendar. Enter the tithi when booking and we will find its date in the panchang with the temple.
