Be kind
Disagree with ideas, never with people. Anekantavada reminds us that every view holds part of the truth.
Cite your source
Quoting a scripture, a guru or a news report? Name it or link it, so others can read it themselves.
Respect every tradition
Digambar, Shwetambar, Sthanakvasi, Terapanthi: when practice differs, say which tradition you are describing.
No spam or forwards
No advertising outside Business & jobs, no chain messages, and no forwards without a source link.
Keep personal details private
Do not post phone numbers or addresses of other people. Use Jain Connect messages to talk privately.
Health comes first
For vrat and medical questions, the community shares experience, not medical advice. Always consult your doctor and your guru.
Punya and levels
Helpful members earn punya: +2 for starting a discussion, +1 for each reply, +1 for each 🙏 someone gives you, and +15 when your reply is chosen as the best answer.
Moderation
Anyone can report a post or reply. The moderators review every report and may hide content that breaks these guidelines, close a discussion, or pause an account. Posts from new accounts that contain several links are checked before they appear.
